OVERVIEW
Platelet-Rich Plasma
(PRP)
Therapy harnesses your body's own healing power. A small sample of your blood is drawn, processed in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets and growth factors, and then injected or applied to the treatment area. These concentrated platelets release bioactive proteins that stimulate tissue repair, collagen production, and cellular regeneration.

PRP is an autologous treatment meaning it uses your own blood so the risk of allergic reaction or rejection is virtually zero. At RevivalizeMD, we use state-of-the-art centrifuge technology to achieve optimal platelet concentration for every treatment.

Thinning hair, early-stage hair loss, androgenetic alopecia (male and female pattern).
Facial Rejuvenation (Vampire Facial)
PRP combined with microneedling delivers growth factors deep into the skin, stimulating collagen production, improving texture, and reducing fine lines.
Fine lines, uneven texture, dull complexion, mild scarring, overall skin rejuvenation.
Joint Therapy
PRP injections into affected joints deliver concentrated growth factors to support cartilage repair, reduce inflammation, and improve function.
Knee pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, osteoarthritis, tendon injuries.
Sexual Wellness — O-Shot (Women)
PRP injection to vaginal tissue to enhance sensation, improve lubrication, and support sexual function.
Low arousal, vaginal dryness, orgasmic dysfunction, mild stress incontinence.
Sexual Wellness — P-Shot (Men)
PRP injection to penile tissue to improve blood flow, enhance sensitivity, and support erectile function.
Erectile dysfunction, reduced sensitivity, Peyronie's disease.
Procedure Overview
Blood Draw
A small sample (typically 10–20 mL) is drawn from your arm similar to a routine blood test.
Processing
The sample is placed in a centrifuge for 10–15 minutes to separate and concentrate the platelet-rich layer.
Preparation
The concentrated PRP is extracted and prepared for injection or topical application.
Treatment
PRP is injected or applied to the target area using the appropriate technique for each application. Topical numbing is provided for comfort.
Recovery
Minimal downtime. Most patients return to normal activities the same day. Mild redness or swelling at the treatment site is normal and resolves within 24–48 hours.

Before/After Expectations
Timeline for Results
Initial improvements visible in 3–4 weeks. Full results develop over 2–3 months as collagen remodeling and tissue regeneration continue.
Recommended Series
A 3-treatment series spaced 4–6 weeks apart is recommended for optimal results. Maintenance treatments every 6–12 months.
Before/After Photos
Consent-approved before/after photos available during your consultation to set realistic expectations.
